What is your Return Policy? How do I return an item?


We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Well & Company. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus any shipping and handling charges. (You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.)


Returning an Item

Here are the steps:

  1. Request a Return Authorization by submitting a Support Request. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number that you will need before sending your item(s) back to us.
  2. Pack the unused product securely in the original package, if possible.
  3. Write the RMA number on the original packing list (if you still have it) and enclose it with your item. If you do not have your original packing list, please include your order number, billing name, address and RMA number with the item.
  4. Write your RMA Number on the outside of the box.
  5. Ship the return package to:

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

For your protection, we recommend that you ship the product using a shipping service that can track and confirm delivery. Keep the Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse. Well & Company cannot be responsible for missing shipments without Proof of Delivery.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 10 days of our receiving your returned product.

Please note: We will not accept or issue a refund for any packages marked “Return to sender” or “Refused.”
