How do I cancel my order? Can I edit or update my order once I’ve submitted it?

We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible, and so we process orders in real-time. Unfortunately, this means that once an order has been placed, we are unable to update any of the order information. This includes changing the ship-to or bill-to address, payment information or adding additional items to your order.

It may be possible to cancel your order and obtain a refund before we process the order for shipping at our Distribution Center, normally within 30 minutes of placing an order. If your order status still reflects “Accepted,” immediately contact Customer Support at (877) 862-8387 and we will attempt to cancel your order. However, once an order is processed for shipping, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

 

Future Autoship orders can be edited, updated or cancelled anytime up to 1 business day before they are scheduled to process for shipping. To make changes to your Autoship order,

  • Log into your Business Center and go to Orders | Manage Autoship, which will take you to the Autoship Management page.  
  • Once there, you can View the details of any Autoship orders you have placed, Edit details such as Shipping Address or speed, Payment Method, and add or delete items.
