To cancel your Autoship, or to place it on hold for up to 2 cycles, please contact Customer Support by submitting a support request, or by calling us.
Future Autoship orders can be edited (to change the items in it), anytime up to 1 business day before they are scheduled to process for shipping.
To make changes to your Autoship order,
- Log into your Business Center and go to Orders | Manage Autoship, which will take you to the Autoship Management page.
- Once there, you can View the details of any Autoship orders you have placed, Edit details such as Shipping Address or speed, Payment Method, and add or delete items, or Cancel the order entirely.
